AD 2003 to 2003 Question

I am looking at replacing a 2000 server with a 2003 box. The interesting part
is that the server in Forest root. Does anyone know of any issues I should
look for when moving from the 2000 box to the 2003 box? Be aware that the
server in the child domain is running 2003 already.

No, nothing special. (As long as the domain doesn't have any Win9x or
NT machines without DCClient or equivalent.)
