Activity Directory users properties

I have a single activity directory and I would like to modifty some of the
properties. I would like to add the true address and phones numbers for all
the people. Right now all the areas that I would like to fill in is blank. Is
there away to fill in all the same address for people each a OU? Is there a
tool to do this?

DSRAZOR for Windows does this very easily. No CSV files required. When you
run the edit single value attribute applet you simply select all of the
users in an OU (or just some of them), press the edit button, enter in the
data (such as street address), and press the OK button. In just a few
moments the applet will update all of the selected users. You can do this
for thousands of users at a time if you wish.
If you would like to have different values for different users there are
many ways to handle that scenario. You could query for a subset of users
and just update those users as above.
For situations where each user needs a unique value (such as phone number),
you can create a phone list as a CSV where the first column is the user and
the second column is the phone number. Once you have this CSV you can use
the import feature in DSRAZOR for Windows to update those users.
