ActiveX error when try to run a Query

Whenever I try to run a query, I get an error saying the ActiveX cannot
create the object. I have tried to reinstall and repair my Office but that
didnt help.
 
How are you trying to run the query: just by clicking on it in the GUI, or
through code?

If through code, what's the code?
