ActiveX error..please see below...

controls on this page. As a result the page may not
display."

Any ideas??

I have been all over security settings and set them all to
default and still receive this error. I cannot even run
Windows Update !!

it could be the DNS or connection issues. can you ping a public ip like
4.2.2.1? if yes, can you ping yahoo.com?

I can connect to websites, I just receive the error "Your
current security settings probihit running ActieX
controls on this page. As a result the page may not
display." when I connect to web sites that use ActiveX.
Like Windows Update, I can connect to the site but cannot
get any updates.
