Excel 2003, Windows XP Pro SP1.
I'm trying to add a command button from the control toolbox to the
worksheet, however the button is invisible on the worksheet. When
first inserted, the button has 4 resizing circles close together. I
can then resize as required, but the button is still invisible with no
caption, no background colour. I can view the properties - Caption:
CommandButton1, Backcolor: Grey, Forecolor: Black, Enabled: True,
Visible: True.
The problem occurs with any control.
Everything works fine on another computer (also Win XP Pro SP1) with
Excel 2003.
