ActiveX componet...

I cannot create a new form or report using the Form, Report Wizard. When I
click form wizard a box opens "ActiveX Componet Can't create object"
What do I need to do to use the Wizards?

Probably a problem with references.

Remove the references you don't need.
Re-register the references you do need.
