I use Norton utes 2004 and it finds invalid activex statements. And
when it cleans them yu realy notice your pc speed up. I have a freind
who prob has this problem and has never cleaned for activex. So i
asume his pc would BLAZE when they are removed.

Just wondering if anyone mad a standalone freeware activex remover
just the invalid ones :)

Thanks.

Navigate to C;\windows\downloaded program files.
This folder contains the active x control if you rt. click on them and
select properties will will see what they are for, also you can delete them
here as well, don't worry too much about deleting then if they are needed they
will be redownloaded at that time.
Also Spybot S&D "advanced settings\tools will display the activex controls
on your system

But i said i wanted a cleaner. I dont want to look at them I WANTTHEM
GONE :p

Norton utes does this. Any other app do that ?
