Activex cant create object

Whenever I try to create a database, I get a message saying "ActiveX can't create object." Help! What do I need to do to get past this point and actually create a database. It only happens if I use the wizard, and I desperately want to use it. Please reply to my email address with any help.

Hi Sean,

This error typically means that some required dll is not registered. You
might want to try repairing your A2002 installation (Help->Detect & Repair).
If that doesn't work (and depending on how urgent this is for you) you may
want to uninstall/reinstall Access. I normally don't recommend this but if
Detect & Repair can't fix the problem that might be the only way.
