ActiveSync installation faliure

I'm unable to install AS 4.2 or AS 4.5 B2 on my WXProf. During installation -
near the point where message about upgrading some service "MX...?" or
something like that appears I see either BSOD reffering to "lzx32.sys" or PC
just reboots.

Any suggestions ? (AV check performed, all the possible changes of FW as
well).
