Active X Control

I get the following error message on my Access 2003. You don't have the
license required to use this Active X Control.
You tried to open a form containing an OLE object or an Active X control or
you tried to create an Active X control.

This is happening when I am trying to run Microsoft Animation Control 6.0
(SP4). Please advise.
 
Take my response back, the current Server Version of Visual Basic is 6.5.
The JCA local version of Office 2003 shipped with Visual Basic 6.3. Do you
suggest I downgrade to 6.0
