active synch with outlook 2007

I have a motorola i930 phone that I use active synch to synch with outlook.
We rencently changed to outlook 2007 and now I have a constant "resolve
items" message and will no longer synch. I have active synch 3.8

I not sure ActiveSync V3.8 will work properly with Outlook 2007.
