active sync problem with Inbox sync

my pocket PC ( i-mate JAM) suddenly stopped syncronising with Microsoft
outlook e-mails , the Active Sync window shows "attention required" when
activated ,
contacts, calendar and others are still working OK .
 
What does the error log say about the synchronisation? Are you running the
latest version of ActveSync? (4.1)
Note that ActiveSync is supported in the Mobile newsgroup and not in
Outlook.
