Hy Arvind,

this is not a release!!
It is a developer preview - brought to download about a week ago.

Cheers

Manfred

At the moment ActiveSync is only released for developers as a preview. It
only bring enhancements for Windows Mobile 5 devices, and will not add new
features for Windows Mobile 2003 and Pocket PC OS 2002 devices. It is not
recommended the installation.

The USB support is for next versions that have USB 2.0 for high speed
connections.

Actually it deimplement the remote synchronisation so don't install it if
you use this feature.

Really? Is it going to be re-implemented in the release version? I mean,
that sucks! I use it all the time...

What part of *'Developer Preview'* don't you people understand?

Sheesh!

Gee. Apparently your English skills far exceed my own. Try as I might, I
can't quite decipher any implication that remote synchronization is a
feature of ActiveSync 4 from the words 'Developer Preview'.

That's ok - at least you're contributing something useful to the
conversation.
