Active Server Pages error occurs after installation.

Greetings,

I have a number of servers at remote sites where I have installed SUS. To
the last install, every one of them starts getting the following error in
the Application Log after SUS is up and running:

"Source: Active Server Pages

Event ID: 5

Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application
Pool 'DefaultAppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a
Disk Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have
additional error codes.."

While it doesn't seem to affect anything, it gets annoying finding this
error popping up everyday in the server's application log. Some research
that I have done on previous post suggest giving full access rights to
"Network Services" to both of the following as a fix:

C:\WINDOWS\IIS Temporary Compressed Files

C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\ASP Compiled Templates

Has anyone else been able to fix this issue?

Active Server Pages

I find the same error in my event viewer only on one server. Did anyone fine a fix for this yet?

Nick
