Active Server Pages error ASP 0126 - include file not found

I have been publishing my website with FP for many years to the same ISP. I
now want to transfer the site. When I publish to the new site I get the error
message shown in the subject line. The file it is looking for is
/iissamples/homepage/sub.inc This file has no meaning to me.

I tried disabling ASP I republishing the site but this didn't make any
difference. Any ideas?
 
If you are publishing from your localhost (your PC) does it have the iissamples folder in it
-if so delete it
