It depends on what you mean by "files" but the dit database and logs are
in c:\windows\ntds and the domain policies and other related data that
needs to be accessible by the domain machines are in c:\windows\sysvol.
Open up the registry and goto:
HKLMSystemCurrentControlSetServicesNTDSParameters
See what the value is of:
DSA Database File
Data log files path
DSA working directory
don’t change anything! if you want to change the paths, you need to
use NTDSUTIL... google for it to see how
