Hello,
Sir, i have already one Winnt4.0 PDC server running
on my N/W. I want to configure a new WIN2K Server that wil
be domain controller with differten domain than my NT
server. Mean i want to create a new domain on same N/W
withn WIN2K server. Pls provide me the help how to
configure and steps for configuring the same.Wil it effect
the my old domain that is ruuning on WINNT4.0.

As long as the names are not the same you can have multiple domains on the
same network.
