Active Directory in Computer Management

Hi Everyone,

I need your help.

In NT 4 we had the permission to close the files when the files were
locked by the users. We would go into the Server Manager and close the
resource file, I would like to do the same thing in Active Directory
Windows Server 2003 so that the Helpdesk Group have permission to view
and close the open files in the Shared Folders-Shares-Sessions-Open
Files in the Computer Management console. Now when they click on the
folder it gives the error "access is denied".

Can you please let me know what permissions I have to setup in the
Active Directory so that the Helpdesk group can perform the above?

I'd always assumed that you could delegate this right; but I've not seen the
ability. I believe you have to make the users server operators at a minimum
