Active Desktop Web Page

When customizing my desktop to a web page in xp the use
current home page works fine. I wanted to use a
different web page than my home page. I hit new, put in
the address and the web page shows up as a tiny box on my
desk top. How do I make it take up the whole desktop
like current home page does?

Right click desktop but not on your item. Arrange Icon - and clear Lock Desktop Items. If you hover over your item a frame and title bar will appear. Right click the left most symbol and choose Cover Desktop
