Activation Wizard

In OfficeXP help, they tell me I can change/update
personal information held by Microsoft via the activation
wizard.

When I try to run the wizard, I simply told that the
product has ALREADY been activated. There doesn't seem to
be any mechanism wherein I can manipulate my personal
information.

What say you?
