Activation Wizard pops out?

Dear User,
I have a problem with the Ms Word....suddenly the Activation Wizard
windows pop out...either to choose activate by internet or by phone?? but im
using original MS Office even to reinstall back.....i cannot click on
"Activate Later" because it says It will be in reduced functionality
mode....like i cant open a new document and etc....
Pls help me where is the problem here?? Thank you very much....

Please see post concerning this. In my client's case it was caused by
replacement of a burnt out graphics card. Message is computer has changed and
microsoft is bloody-minded. It will re-activate though the internet provided
that you have not already activated that CD's software 5 times, but now
microsoft are licensing repairs as well.
