activation problems. phone option doesn't work

Hi

I've just upgraded my mobo and case, and wiped my hard drive because the old
mobo drivers werent compatible (obviously). Ive tried to activate Vista, but
It keeps saying that my key is already in use, and when I phone up, it says
it could not be verified. What do I do?
