Activation Error

When trying to activiate Microsoft Office 2007 on my computer an error
message shows up stating I have activated the program the maximum number of
times allowed. I tried downloading the program on this computer several
times, but it gave me an error message about a missing SKU112.CAB file.

Does that count towards my number of activations, even though the program
was never fully downloaded?

You would never get to the activation screen in Office 2007 if
you haven't finished installing the software. Depending on which
version (OEM, retail, home use program, etc.) and which edition
(Standard, Professional, Home and Student, etc.) of Office 2007
you have, you could be allowed to activate the software on one,
two, or three computers. You've obviously exceeded the number of
allowed activations.
