Activation Error 0xC004D302

I installed Vista Business over XP and have since had an error trying to
Activate Windows. my time was to run out today, so I extended the grace
period and it now sitll errors out, but with the code 0xC004D302. Can you
help?
 
How did you estended grace period. If you have genuine product, check system
time, date, time zone. it shoul dbe correct and then talkto activation
department over the phone they will mannually activate it.
