Activating windows

i recently purchased a new pc about 2 weeks ago and i
cannot remember if i activated windows or not. I know i
have 30 days to do this, is there any way i can find out
if i have done this or not please. I`ve been into system
via accessories etc but cannot find "activate windows"
nor is there a reminder flashing up. Like i said i may
have done this but can`t remember. Hope someone can

Start -- Accessories -- System tools -- Activate Windows. This will let you
know if you already activated windows...

Perhaps "Activate Windows" is not there because it is a function that you do
not need. When Windows is pre-installed on a new computer, most OEMs will
install a pre-activated version. In which case, you do not need to
anything.
