Activating Commands

All of a sudden, I can't use the "Group", "Ungroup" commands in the Draw Menu
Box. Likewise the "Insert Movies and Videos" no long work in the inset Menu
Box. These commands show us in light grey, but cannot be activated. Help
please.

The 'group' issue. This could be because you are trying to 'group' a range
of objects on your slides that contain a 'placeholder' (e.g. click here to
add title box). These cannot be grouped.

The movie menu issue - I'm not sure why that is.
