Activate privlege level..?

How do I activate the "Privilege Level-Run this program as
administrator" in properties/compatibility?
Mine is grayed out in an app I want to run.

Hello,

I believe this is greyed out on programs that already include what privilege
they need, such as programs and accessories that are pre-installed with
Windows Vista. I don't think there is a way to override this setting.
