I can't remember how to activate the Windows XP Firewall. Can anyone
help?

Karen,

1. Open Network Connections
2. Click the Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet connection that you want to protect, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change settings of this connection.
3. On the Advanced tab, under Internet Connection Firewall, select the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet check box.

Hi Karen,

Control Panel/Networking, right-click the connection and select properties.
The firewall is on the advanced tab.

Karen

Open Control Panel, double click Network Connections. Right click the
connection you use and select Properties/Advanced Tab. Place a check mark in
the box.
