Action with form in public folder

Gil

I have a form which has two action buttons on it. The actions open up
two forms, either approve or deny. Right now I have it working on my
exchange account, but would like to put it out in a public folder. I
have published both forms to the public folder, and both of them show
on my action menu. When I click on approve it gives me a form not
found message. Do I need to set the action to look at the public
folder somehow?

Thanks,
Gil

Forms associated with the custom actions need to be published to the Organizational Forms library.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms

Sue,

Thanks I'll head on over there and post away. Do you know of any
courses in New England?

Thanks again,
Gil
