Action in Rule "Do not Download it from the server"

In Outlook express you can setup a rule "Where the To or CC line contains
'(e-mail address removed)' Do not Download it from the server.

How do you do this in Outlook 2002 ?

I have one account with an ISP which contains two e-mail addresses. I would
like to download each e-mail address at a different location.
 
Outlook does not support such a rule and will always download all messages
from an account.
