SUMMARY
=======
Using an AOL dial-up account, customer receives error, "action cancelled"
when attempting to load any web pages.
SYMPTOMS
========
Connect to AOL dial-up and then attempt to use Internet Explorer to browse
the internet.
CAUSE
=====
Undetermined.
RESOLUTION
==========
Action: Deleted all cookies and temporary internet files, also deleted all
objects. Reset all Internet Explorer defaults. Cleared forms and
passwords, changed
Internet Security setting to default Medium. Opened modem diagnostics and
verified that Windows could communicate with modem.

Hi, on a lot of the pages I open eg. hotmail. there's always action
cancelled displayed instead of the adverts and pictures. Does anyone know
how I can change this.
