When ever I get in the Internet I get My web page Ok. but some parts of the
page I get( Action Canceled) can someone tellme how to fix it

Could be your search engine part of the screen that has become hijacked,
could be a problem with HTML....etc. Hard to say without seeing.

Perhaps you are witnessing ad blocking effects due to a setting in your
HOSTS file.

There is a HOST File Manager you can download at:

http://www.aldostools.com/hosts.html

Other possibilities may include your Security settings for IE.
Tools > Internet Options > Security (tab) > Internet (icon)
