Action buttons on PP presentations

Copying to a CD will not impact the functionality of Action Buttons.
However, if the CD is to be used on a computer without PowerPoint, using the
Viewer instead, then it depends on what the Action Buttions do. The Viewer
has fewer capabilities than the full version of PowerPoint. For example, the
Viewer will not run macros. Additionally, if the Action Buttons are linked
to external files, then the files also have to be copied to the CD.
