Action buttons in Presenter View

I can't get action buttons to work in presenter view.

Same problem….in Presentation View (Packaged for CD), there is only a VERY
small point in which the Action button will actually work. It makes no
difference how large an Action button is made when creating it in the full
application, before packaging it for CD use, without PowerPoint of the
destination computer.

Any ideas????
