I have just carried out a complete reinstall of Vista and all my programs
after trying Windows7. Have just reinstalled Acronis True Image workstation
etc.. Tryimg to set it up to carry out weekly backups, but am told I do not
have enough Priveliges to use True Image Workstation. I have tried the right
click on the program and left click to run as administrator but this still
does not work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a job for Acronis Support to me.

swiftflo,

* Open Windows Explorer, go to the 'Program Files' folder.
* Right-click on the True Image folder, select 'Properties > Security tab',
* Click 'Advanced > Owner tab', click 'Edit', under 'Change owner to' click
on your account name to highlight it (Users (PC Name\Users)), click OK a few
times until you get back to the 'Security tab area.
* Click 'Edit', click on your account name to highlight it (Users (PC
Name\Users)),
* Click the 'Allow, Full Control' box, click OK.
* Repeat the last step for 'Administrators (PC Name\Administrators)' if you
don't already have full control.
Run True Image.

Thanks, but this does not work. Some of the tab that you have asked to click
on do not exist, I am using Vista Home Premium.
