Hi,

I have spreadsheet and I want to convert it to Acrobat
Reader.

Please show me how to do it.

Thank you
Loi

Hi
first you need a PDF writer (e.g. Adobe Acrobat or any other
converter). After installing these programs you can select for example
Adobe Acrobat as printer

I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here
at Dale Nurden's site.

http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm

Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf

Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets.

Adobe Acrobat has trouble with multiple sheets. From what I hear, AA saves a
separate file for each sheet.

that's unfortunately correct. You get a separate file for wach sheet

There is an option in Acrobat to insert pages from another file. A nuisance,
of course, but it's possible to end up with one file.

Hi Myrna
it is indeed a crude workaround. Still looking for an automated way
with Adobe Acrobat. Probably have to see how Adoba could be automated
with VBA :-(
