acquire text from omni page pro

I just upgraded from office XP to office 2003. Omni Page pro 15 does not
seem to recognzize the change and I cannot "acquire text". any help?
 
The acquire text function is provided by OmniPage's add-in and not by Word.
Check that the add-in is in the correct startup folder (different between
the two Word versions) otherwise you'll need to consult the writers of
OmniPage.
