ACLs

I remember a program in MCPMagizine a few months that
graphically displayed each folder and what people/groups
have access to the folders with the ACL permissions. We
are wanting to look through several computer systems and
in some domains 5,000+ people. Does anyone know of a
program that will allow us to easily see who/what groups
of accounts can access each folder/file?

The command line tools are for that - cacls
