In XP Home, ACLs show two owners.

What is the difference between CREATOR OWNER and computername\Owner?

When they have different permissions, which owner is the owner?

CREATOR OWNER is a placeholder that means "whoever is the owner of this
file" (usually, this is the account that created it.)

computername\Owner is simply an account called "Owner" -- I believe XP Home
creates the default account using that name
