acexchex.dll could not be installed or loaded

Have you uninstalled anything recently that may have interfaced with
Outlook?
 
I re-installed windows xp Home Edition and copied all the data from my old
profile to the new profile within documents and settings.
 
Did you have any addins installed prior to the XP reinstall?
