Accounting and Inventory using Access / SQL

Is anyone aware of any Access based business accounts and inventory
software available that would suit Australia / New Zealand requirements
- GST etc?

I am looking for such to work with an existing Access97 service
tracking system. We need to be able to generate billing and inventory
transactions from the service software to the accounting / inventory.

Any leads appreciated.
