I have setup accounts for everyone in the house hold. The problem I am having is two programs on the computer are not working when they sign into their account on the computer. They are: Efax Messenger Plus and Incredimail XP. I am getting error messenges from both programs. Those error messages are: Efax-An unespected error occured while reading /HsPfcW32.ini & DLLCD32.EXE File could not be located. Incredimail-Could not load application skin(or one of its components). I have tried setting each account as Admin and tried to install both program but, I am getting a message that I need to install the programs with the admin which is another problem. Also I have tried going into the accounts and right clicking on the program to open them using "run as" but that wasn't doing any good either. In all I have three problems. Can anyone help please!
