Account refresh (Registry issue)

Hello,
if I modify the registry keys for user account data
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager\Accounts\etc. ),
Outlook Express doesn't seem to aknowledge the new settings until I close and restart it.
Is there some way to force it to a refresh? I suppose it should be feasible via MAPI or something
else... can you help?

Sounds like a dangerous way to make changes.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
