I installed several Microsoft XP Security Updates along with the GenuineCheck
and .Net updates.

My computer will now not let me login "Unable to log you on because your
account has been lockedout, contact Admin"

My account is the admin account and it still will not let me login. Help!@
I do not want to have reinstall the XP and all applications all over again...
Is ther some other UserName/Password I could use to login to windows and
correct the issue?

Boot in safe mode and use that administrator (the main
one) to set / clear your password ? To get into safe mode,
reboot, as soon as the BIOS message goes past, start tapping
F8. Select Safe mode when the option shows up and use the
admin password (you do remember that one ??). If you
didn't set it, it may be blank - I do not remember the default
(if blank, you should set it to a strong password then write it
down somewhere ;-) )
