account disabled

accidentally disabled my account on my xp pro. now all i
get on the startup screen is account disabled please see
your system administrator. please help
 
Hit ctrl-alt-del 3 times and you should get the standard NT/2000 login screen
where you can log in as Administrator and reset your account. assuming of course
you are the Administrator.
