Under "Add or Remove Programs" -> "Add/Remove Windows Components" I
accidently unchecked everything I had meant to check. Now when I go
back to check everything back it asks me for a Windows Setup disk. Will
I be able to get these back somehow without the disk. Judging on how
fast windows completed the "uninstallation" and the requirement to
restart Windows I am guessing that it won't actually change anything
until I restart. So is there anyway to get this stuff back without the
disk? Thanks.

No.
You need the disk or a vendor supplied i386 directory possibly.
Things were removed - the requirement on rebooting is probably because some
(very few) files were in use at the time.

Although a system restore should prob. take care of the problem

*maybe....
Cannot say for sure on that one.
I would have my doubts, however...

See "What's Restored and What's Not" here:

List of folders that System Restores does NOT Monitor in Windows XP

Worth a shot if you really do not have access to an i386 folder or Windows
XP installation media.
(But you should get access to that. heh)
