accidently deleted junk email folder

I accidently deleted junk email folder (instead of emptying it) how do i
either retrieve it or create a new one? can I just add a new folder or is it
more complicated? Any help is appreciated. Oh and it's Outlook 2000 (at my
office)

Are you connected to an Exchange server, because Outlook 2000 doesn't use a
Junk E-mail folder.
