accidentally hard deleted folder - HELP!

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2000 and stupidly hard-deleted a folder by accident. I
did a search to find out if it is possible to recover the folder and I keep
finding things that say "select Recover Deleted Items from the Tools menu".
Well, my tools menu doesn't have that option. Is there any hope of
recovering my folder and the messages in it?
