Accidentally deleted AutoComplete History

Going through the Internet Options I was deleting my
history and cookies. I then moved on to Content,
AutoComplete and accidentally cleared forms not knowing
what they were used for. The next time I got online I
noticed that it wouldn't finish filling in my
information. I know I can fill in my information manually
but I was wondering if there is a way of restoring it
without having to type everything in manually. Thank you
for your time

You could do a system restore, but that seems a bit over
the top to get these simple things back...
Just typ em in manually once more...then they'll be
remembered for the next time.
