To seems that the Accessories folder has been moved or removed. See if it is
in Recycle Bin or on Desktop. Try restoring from Recycle Bin or if it is on
Desktop then Cut and Paste back it in the All Programs.
Otherwise, right-click on Start and choose Explorer. Expand "All Users"
folder then Start - Programs - right click on Accessories. Click Copy and
then paste that folder under your Programs folder within from the same window.
Right-Click on that "Accessories" folder and choose Properties. See if
"Hidden" is check then uncheck it.
If that doesn't work then use the previous method described.
